Product properties:
A transparent yellow paste materials, spread a thin layer Quick Print on the roller or all the metalwork, can prevent the ink pilling , avoid ink adhesion and set-off.
Non-toxic: Without toxic or pungent chemical, meet the environment and quality requirements of OSHA and ECC
Functions:
1.Prevents inks being deposited on metal parts in printing and finishing equipment(interval equipment, ink roller, feeder machine surface, paper folding machine Etc), the Quick Print surpasses ten times than the other Silicone spray contents
2.Less waiting time : Can prepare the next paper in a short time or even no waiting time .Oxides and other impurities can be easily removed. Avoiding frequently wash for the ink adhesion on the Impression Cylinder.
How to use:
Squeeze a small amount Quick Pint on the sponge, then daub in the object . After the removal of the foul, use the cloth to dab the processed parts until it turn glossy and completely clean. Print again five minutes later, make sure the Quick Print protective layer becomes dry and solid. (caution: Don't mix different types of product with the Quick Print used together.)
