Calcium Remover is fast acting and easy to use. The product should be used regularly in conjunction with a normal roller maintenance program in order to keep inking and dampening rollers in optimum condition.

DIRECTIONS:

Clean the inking and dampening rollers with your normal roller wash to remove any ink from the surface of the rubber rollers

Use a roller paste to remove ingrained ink from the inking rollers. Then add a sufficient amount of Calcium Remover to the top inking roller and leave it to work for between 3-5 minutes, adding more to keep all rollers moist. Engage the wash-up blade. A white sludge will appear; this is the calcium being removed from the rubber rollers

Add more water to the top inking roller in order to completely wash the calcium from the surface of the rollers. If the calcium problem is serious, repeat the treatment until all calcium has been removed, normally one treatment is sufficient

Calcium remover should be used every time a normal roller maintenance is performed and probably more often in hard water areas
